www.ehub-vision.com application is used to define motion for a robot carrying a camera. The vision application allows actual camera parameters to be used and them emulated to find visual patches that can be seen using a CAD model of the real part.

 

e-hub Vision is the acronym of Engineering hub for Vision. The software is a flexible platform for a variety of manufacturing camera inspection needs. Design & Simulate in software, then generate the program for the robot controller.

e-hub Vision is an application that provides an easy way to model real camera properties and use that model mounted on a robot to predict the visual patches that can be seen using a CAD model for the real part.  Percent overlap is computed and an inspection scenario is built that can be then downloaded to the real robot.

This app is a must have for anyone doing inspection work with a robot mounted camera.
